CharterParty Management Service Desk is serving to shipping operators, completing around 1000 in the past. Many of Masters are read Recap clauses of the charter party. Many of Them do not read all c/p terms.

 

  • Especially NOR , Laytime , Stevedore damage,interclub agreement clauses etc.  are very important for all shipowners. This clauses are effecting of the voyage performance.  

  • We support to shipowners for this purposes. All the charterparty assessed carrefully and Voyage Instruction preapared for Masters as working language. Extra explanations and sample wordings/cases will add to Voyage instructions. Thus we  try to avoid any unforseen voyage expenses.

C/P Legal Consutancy and Claim Handling

Charter Party Legal Consultancy And Claim Service Desk is serving to shipping operators, completing around 100 in the past.

 

  • Many of Shipowners havent got Legal Department in their Office. Also their Operation department do not fully aware of English law  and Arbitration regulations.

  • Especially small claims (under usd 30.000) are not chasing by shipowners due to legal consultancy and arbitration expenses.

  • The English Consultants are working as hourly basis. It means any ”legal advice”  (not for arbitration process) from them is minimum GBP 5.000 also shipowners should work a Turkish Lawyer for bridge between English lawyer and ownselves.

  • In Generaly, main problem is preparadness of the supportive documents and informations which serve to English Lawyer for right  advice. The other problem is mentioned case can not assess together with any Captain or Marine superintendent’ point of view.

  • We support to shipowners for this purposes. All the claims assessed carrefully and “Marine legal advice” preapared for Shipowners and Letter of Claim is issued by our lawyers. Masters as working language. Extra explanations and sample wordings/cases will add to Voyage instructions. Thus we  try to avoid any unforseen voyage expenses.

Running Cost & Purchase Management
  • Many of Shipowners havent got special purchasing Department in their Office. Also their Operation/Technical department do not fully aware of common purchasing and finance practise.

     

  • Especially small purchasings operations (under usd 5.000) are not chasing by shipowners due to hasnt got purchasing manager in the Office.

  • In Generaly, main problem is cash flow management of the company. The other problem is mentioned purchasing operations has been done by technical and deck superintendents. Mentioned Marine superintendent’ main idea is solve the problem with easily and quickly. The Superintendents can not assess the operation as cash flow basis and financial point of view.

  • We support to shipowners for this purposes. All the purchasing operations  assessed carrefully and Necessary purchasing assessment forms preapared for Shipowners approval and purchasing is performing by our  personnel after Shipowners approval.
